Lately in Siena

Here is a picture of my Italian class.  Two of the students are from College of Dupage, two are independent, and Nicole and I are with the group from UIC. My teacher is in the back to the left of me. She's beautiful, fun, sweet, and laughs with us a lot. I love how laid back and educational our class is. We learn a lot together, but we have a lot of fun while doing so.

 I went touring around Siena yesterday by my self.  I visited a museum, a couple churches, and the Sanctuary of St. Catherine.  I was able to sit, reflect, pray, and concentrate.  These moments are rare, but needed.  I realized that I need to allow myself more time for this.
